Launch of new Strategy 2026-2031

At the Dementia NI AGM in December 2025, our CEO Clare Watson unveiled the new Strategy for the organisation for the next five years to the gathered members, volunteers, staff and Trustees at the event in Omagh.

This strategy will lead our direction and decision making over the next five years – it is not a document that will sit on a shelf and gather dust. We will bring it to life together through our work in the years ahead.
