I lead operations at Dementia NI, ensuring the organisation has the tools and resources it requires to deliver our work and organisational objectives. I also manage the operational staff who provide essential support in communications to our members and administrative support across a range of teams.

I provide essential administrative support across the organisation, assisting teams and colleagues as needed. I support the Operations Lead with tasks that ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the organisation, as well as with specific projects and initiatives.
